OUR COMMUNITY
Situated just south of Highway 72, on Hughes Rd in Madison, Alabama, our beautiful neighborhood is a short drive to an abundance of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Madison City takes pride in it's school systems being one of the best in the country and we are privileged to be zoned for Rainbow Elementary, Discovery Middle and Bob Jones High School. Huntsville Alabama is known for its space and defense technological advances, making our neighborhood a perfect location for a short commute to work. Bradford Farms is a Covenant Community. The Covenant was declared on November 11, 1993 by Breland Homes, Inc., an Alabama corporation and modified 10-04-2011. Modification was due to the Declarant Breland Homes releasing the Community and the modification so reflects this. All residents of Bradford Farms are expected to abide by the terms in the 
Covenant and By-Laws included at the link at the bottom of this page. Additionally, all Home Owners are to pay the annual Assessments necessary for the maintenance and upkeep of the common grounds.
