General Homeowner’s Meeting

The meeting was held at the Madison Assembly of God Church.

Visitors: 2 plus Tommy Overcash (Council President)
Tommy Overcash spent the first 35 minutes updating us on the happenings in and around Madison.

A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept the minutes as written. They will be posted on the website.

Total expenses: $ 2,928.84
Checking Account balance: $ 14,662.87
6 month CD: $ 14,426.44
There are currently 16 delinquent homeowners. There are existing liens on 11, and new liens are in the process of being filed on the other 5. In the past month outstanding dues have been collected on 11 previously delinquent homeowners.

All work was completed according to the terms of the contract.

No new activity.
1. Easement Research – Paul continues to work on easement issues. STATUS: One more easement has been sold to owner. Progress is being made.
2. Problems with Pond #2 (the inside pond) – Paul reported that he made some calls and was told that the best times to do these treatments is in the spring to kill the new growth and then apply the chemicals to destroy the old growth.. STATUS: Paul will order the supplies next spring.
NEW BUSINESS
1. New sod on median – Dick Clem is working on getting bids to re-sod the entire median area along Bradford Farms Drive. Doing this will greatly improve the appearance of our subdivision.
