Board of Directors’ Meeting

October 19, 2004

The meeting was not conducted due to the absence of the majority of the board members.

Members present were Jim Terry, president and Rosemary Terry, secretary. Members absent were David Seitz, vice-president, Alisa Gaultney, treasurer, Joe Bradford, and Vonderri Morris. Lois Brown, property manager was present and Carolyn Glazik, a visitor was present.

The city council room was overbooked for the second month straight with preference given to another event. We met in the conference room of the fire station.

No business was conducted.

The next meeting will be November 16, 2004 at 7:00 pm.
