Board of Directors’ Meeting

November 16, 2004

The meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm.

Board Members Present: Jim Terry, Rosemary Terry, Alisa Gaultney, and Joe Bradford

Board Members Absent: Vonderri Morris and David Seitz

Property Manager Present: Lois Brown

Guests Present: Dick Clem and Rick Holman

Treasurer’s/Property Manager’s Report: We have a cash balance of $21,809.64. Total expenses for October were $1,933.87. Holloway Credit Bureau Companies has collected an additional three full payments of past due homeowners’dues. Nine accounts remain to be collected.

Architecture Committee Report: No report.

Landscaping Committee Report: No report.

Social Committee Report: No report.

Welcome Committee Report: Rosemary Terry reported the committee has one home to visit to meet the new neighbors and take a welcome gift.

Old Business: None

New Business: A budget for 2005 was formulated and tentatively approved until Alisa reports the charges for landscaping services. At his time, homeowners’ dues will be $150.00. Next month, Jim Terry will present the dates for payment of homeowners’ dues for 2005. Next month, after the budget is approved, the board members will decide how any remaining funds will be used.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:17 pm.

The next meeting will be December 14 at 7:00 pm.
