NEW BUSINESS
1. Handicap curbing was installed by the City where needed along Bradford Farms Drive sidewalks. A blinking light at the entrance is still pending, according to the Mayor’s office.
2. Madison City Code of Ordinances – Paul printed out pertinent pages from the Madison website detailing the laws regarding nuisance control, mowing, maintaining building exteriors, fences, cars parked on property, excessive weeds, etc. These laws, enforceable by the City of Madison, will guide us in encouraging compliance within our subdivision. If any homeowner continues to disregard these ordinances, the Board has the authority to notify the City. The City will then follow-up through their formal procedures. We strongly encourage everyone to visit the Madison website and familiarize yourselves with these city codes.
