Resident of 118 Champions Green Lane told Kathy they weren’t told of the easement property behind their fence that was part the sale when the purchased the house. It was discussed that only the homeowner could change this was to resurvey the property so that the easement is included in the deed.

It was also discussed about the reapportioning of City Council districts and how the proposed changes that were published, split the subdivision in 2 parts at the creek that runs North & South thru the middle of the subdivision.

Some members didn’t like the idea of having a split up subdivision, one member pointed out that it could be a positive in that we would have 2 Council members looking out for our interests.
