MINUTES FROM 05-20-08
A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept the minutes as written. They will be posted on the website.

Checking Account balance: $ 17,223.99
6 month CD: $ 15,024.88
The majority of homeowners have already paid their dues, with 23 still unpaid. 17 of these 23 homeowners already have liens placed on their homes. E-mails were sent out on June 13, 2008 to the 6 of the 23 homeowners who do not have previous liens. Final reminders will be sent on July 1, 2008 to those who still haven’t paid, along with a copy of the lien requiring filing after a reasonable grace period.

One requests approved:
1. Easement Research – Paul Hurst continues to work on easement issues. STATUS: in progress
2. Paul is in the process of updating the e-mail list of homeowners. When completed, he will send out a “test e-mail” to make sure the list is correct. In order to keep our information accurate, all homeowners should notify Paul Hurst of any personal e-mail address changes. STATUS: in progress
3. Maintenance needed on entrance walls – minor repairs are needed on south-side outside entrance walls, which Dick Clem will handle. STATUS: in progress
4. Madison City Code of Ordinances – These laws enforceable by the City of Madison have been posted on the City of Madison website (specific information for accessing on Bradford Farms website May 20, 2008 HOA minutes). Notifications of code violations will be investigated by Board members and appropriate action taken.
5. Blinking light at entrance crosswalk - Paul Hurst will investigate the status of the installation. Status: in progress.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Ponds to receive last treatment in two weeks.
2. Paul Hurst to investigate if Madison City has any guidelines for how long sea-land/storage containers can be kept out in homeowners yard/driveway.
3. Paul Hurst to investigate whether our current pedestrian crossing sign at the entrance of Bradford Farms can be switched out to a school crossing sign to increase safety for children and other pedestrians using crosswalk.
