Architectural Committee: Ed Ditto
One committee
member, Deb Ryan, has resigned because she is moving.
One new
committee member was added, Winston James, at 112 Champions Green Lane.
Three approvals
made:
Ed made a request for special Board approval for
unique fencing at 214 Green Springs Lane. The request had two parts, one for
chain link fencing along back of easement, the other for cedar fencing on the
right, with the bad side facing neighbor’s yard (neighbor has agreed to
this). The entire request was approved,
with the caveat that the neighbor submits a letter stating that he agrees to
allow the bad side of the fence to face into his yard.
NEW
BUSINESS
1. The resident at 121 Green Springs Drive
attended the meeting and requested permission to buy the easement behind his
property. The request was approved.
2. Dick suggested that we reinstate the
process of mailing hardcopies of the minutes to all residents every 4 months,
at a cost of about 70 cents per house.
Discussion was tabled until the next Board meeting.
