OLD BUSINESS

  1. Webmaster – Paul reported that Mike Johnson has updated the website with all minutes through June. Paul will contact Mike and remind him to send us his final bill. Marty Goldberg agreed to our offer and will take over the website effective today. Marty was in attendance tonight to meet the Board members. He will send us monthly bills and anticipates being able to reduce our monthly costs.
  2. Thinning out of pine trees on the south side of Bradford Farms Drive will continue, with additional helpers requested by Paul, whenever the weather is cool enough to do the job safely. Paul will coordinate.

NEW BUSINESS

  1. Updating resident information on the database – Paul is reviewing the listing and has found some discrepancies. He will contact those homeowners where discrepancies appear and will give the updated information to Lois.
  2. Proposed 2007 Budget – next month the Board will discuss the new budget. Prior to that meeting, Lois asked Board and committee heads to project their remaining costs for this year in order to come with proposed amounts for next year’s budget. Once the new budget is approved, the general headings and total amounts (rather than the itemized breakdown of details) will be posted on the website.
  3. Follow-up to complaint about people leaving household trash and yard clippings on the bridge over the dry creek bed on Bradford Farms Drive – a motion was made, seconded and passed to place signs on each side of the bridge. The signs will read “NO DUMPING”. Paul will order and hang the signs.
  4. RVs and boats parked on the streets – Paul will speak personally to the offending homeowners.

The next meeting will be held a week early, on September 12, since several Board members will be unavailable on September 19.

The meeting was adjourned at  8:00 PM.
