Board of Directors’ Meeting

August17, 2004

The meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm by Jim Terry, President.

Board Members Present: Jim Terry, David Seitz, Rosemary Terry, Alisa Gaultney and Joe Bradford

Board Member Absent: Vonderri Morris

Property Manager Present: Lois Brown

Committee Chairman Present: Dick Clem

Guest Present: Kristine Seitz

Treasurer’s Report: The balance in the HOA account as of July 31, 2004 was $38, 385.93. Homeowner fees including 4 check for full payments and 2 checks for partial payments totaling $750.00 were received.

Property Manager’s Report: Three names of homeowners have been turned over to Holloway Credit Bureau for collection of 2004 fees. Twelve accounts remain outstanding from previous years. The credit bureau will proceed with collection of these accounts.

Architecture Committee Report: No report

Landscaping Committee Report: The trees in the median are being trimmed. Dick will contact Cut Above to ask their estimated cost for services next year. He is going to purchase and install a new control box for the automatic sprinklers.

Social Committee Report: No report

Welcome Committee Report: No report

Old Business:

1. Carolyn Glazik has not transferred the data base to the treasurer.

2. Lois will send an information letter to all members of the home owners’ association. The letter will include the Bradford Home Owners’ Association web page address.

3. Applications have been made for automatic payment of electric and water bills.

4. A list of proposed fineable violations was presented to the board. The list was discussed. It will be presented at the next meeting for final approval.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:07 pm.

The next meeting will be September 21, 2004 at 7:00 pm.
