BOARD OF
DIRECTORS MEETING
AUGUST 19, 2003
The
meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at Madison City Hall by the President.
Bob
Wagner, Madison City Council addressed the board and gave an update concerning
upcoming and current Madison city projects. These include:

Widening
Wall Triana Highway to 3 lanes with building sidewalk and bike path
The
President thanked Bob Wagner and continued with business.
The
minutes from the June meeting were read and accepted.
The
treasurer’s report was read to the board and accepted.

residents have not paid their homeowners dues as of today’s date for the
current year.
There
are still three vacant lots within the subdivision.
After
much discussion, it was decided that the President (Dick Clem) will call the
attorney to send a letter regarding a fence at 126 Champions Green Drive.
It
was also decided that Dick Clem will talk to Steve Ables about building a fence
behind his home.
Social
Committee: Vondra suggested the homeowners host a party for community
residents. The date will be decided at a later time.
Update
on Web Site: Looking for proposal for someone new to maintain the HOA website.
Electrical
Situation at Front Entrance: Dick will get an estimate on cost to repair and
replace the front electrical wiring with multiple outlets.
Dead
Tree and Stump Removal: Pay Ware Tree Service $320.00 for stump and dead tree
removal as well as limbs in front of subdivision.
Budget
Planning for September Meeting: A reminder was given that we will look over the
proposed budget at the September meeting.
Benches
and Trash Containers for Lake: It was decided that we will purchase two metal
benches from Upbeat, Inc. for placement around the back lake with two matching
trash can receptacles.

Business:

Swain did repair his house before he was cited.

Champions Green Drive fence is in disrepair. Board makes motion to send letter
to property owner to repair fence.

Bridgeway Lane grass is too high.

Bridgeway Court-Robert Duarte has a load of bricks, dirt and siding in the
front yard.

Bradford Farms Drive has a car parking in the street.
