The meeting was held at the Madison Assembly of God Church.

Checking Account balance: $ 14499.84
6 month CD: $ 14067.10
The majority of homeowners have already paid their dues, with 42 still unpaid. Final reminders will be sent on May 1 to those who still haven’t paid, to be followed up with liens after a reasonable grace period.

1. Easement Research – Paul continues to work on easement issues. STATUS: in progress, only 3 left
2. Paul is in the process of updating the e-mail list of homeowners. He has 37 left to update. Then he will send out a “test e-mail” to make sure the list is correct. In order to keep our information accurate, all homeowners should notify Paul of any personal e-mail address changes. STATUS: in progress
NEW BUSINESS
1. Vandalism – a purple swastika was recently found painted on one of the outside entrance walls. The incident was immediately reported to the police but the perpetrators were not found. Dick Clem was able to match the color and he re-painted that portion of the wall.
2. Maintenance needed on entrance walls – minor repairs are needed on both outside entrance walls, which Dick Clem will research and handle.
