· Four companies were contacted.
· Two came out for onsite visits.
· One of the two submitted an estimate of $590 (attached). A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept this estimate, award the contract and contact the provider to get the job started.
III. Easement Maintenance Issue
· Property owner at 401 Barrington did not purchase his easement but has been maintaining it anyhow. Due to family illness, he has asked that Turf Builders take over this maintenance. The request was granted and Turf Builders will be contacted.

Councilman Tommy
Overcash brought the Board up to date on recent Council activities.
2. Last month Phyllis Goldberg brought up the problem of insufficient lighting at night around the median at the entrance to the subdivision. Based on Maintenance Committee review, Dick Clem will purchase and install 6 low voltage lights (3 on each side). Total cost will not exceed $100.
3. Mark Wilson has finished updating the database engine and Lois Brown has completed her review.
