Bradford Farms is a covenant community. The covenant was declared on November 11, 1993 by Breland Homes, Inc., an Alabama corporation. All residents of Bradford Farms are expected to abide by the terms in the Covenant and By-Laws included at the link at the bottom of this page. Additionally, all residents pay annual dues necessary for the maintenance and upkeep of the common grounds. Failure to pay dues will result in a lien being placed on your property.
