Homeowners’ meeting is the third Tuesday of the month at the Madison Assembly of God church next to the pond in front of the community. Meeting time is 7:00 p.m. The Board has gone to every other month for meetings. First meeting is Jan then March and so-on unless so notified. All community members are welcome to attend.
Annual Assessment for 2012 is $160.00 Due 1-1-12 and payable to:
